The Revelstoke Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use (CYMHSU) Local Action Team (LAT) has developed a survey to better understand what is currently being done successfully in our community to help support children and youth (ages 6-24 years old) with mental health and/or substance use challenges and their families. They’re also working to understand what other services and supports we’re connecting with within and outside of our community (e.g., other service providers, online resources, literature).
Our responses are incredibly important for the successful completion of the Pathways to Care: a map that visually displays the network of practitioners, resources and services that agree to work together to support children, youth and families with mental health and substance use challenges.
Please take 10-15 minutes of your time to fill out the confidential, online survey by clicking here. It is important that we make sure that our voice is heard in the development of this tool which will benefit all practitioners and service providers. And most importantly, this Pathway will help break down barriers for children, youth and families and increase their ability to access supports.
Deadline for completion is August 4th to allow time to compile and analyze the data.
