Coldest Night of the Year
It’s cold out there.
The Coldest Night of the Year is a national, COVID-safe, family-friendly walk to raise money for charities serving people experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger. Your participation and support in this event will help raise funds for the Revelstoke Women’s Shelter to continue it’s important community outreach programs. They are: Moving Mountains for men, Moving Forward for women, and more recently, the Revy Helps collaboration to support vulnerable adults in town. Funds also go towards funding operational costs for three of our eight beds.
With your help, we can help break the cycle of abuse and isolation, and ensure that our community’s most vulnerable are safe and supported.
For more information on how to become a sponsor, donate or participate in the walk, contact Lisa: [email protected]
Walk with us (but separately) on February 20, 2021 – there’s a place for everyone!
